CP Management named to manage 156-unit The Edgebrook Residences

Merrimack, NH According to CP Management the new apartment community, The Edgebrook Residences, is now open and leasing.

The community is offering six to 14-month lease terms on all studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. In addition to the 156 market-rate apartment homes, the property also offers a 76-unit building entirely for active adults over the age of 55.

The Edgebrook Residences was developed by SMC Edgebrook Residences LP and is managed by CP Management, a leader in property management throughout Northern New England.

The Edgebrook Residences is a pet-friendly and smoke-free community that is located at 5 Pioneer Way, near Rte. 3, the Everett Tpke. and restaurants and shopping options.

The apartment homes feature eat-in kitchens with quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, wood vinyl plank flooring in common areas, bathrooms, Juliet balconies, central air, texturized carpets in the bedrooms, and washer/dryer in every home.
