Godino & Company, Inc. has brokered lease transactions totaling 11,500 s/f to three new tenants at Chapel Business Center, located at 59-85 Chapel St. Tim Coyle of Godino & Co. represented the landlord, Fairlane Properties.
Barrett Technology, a leader in advanced robotic manipulators, leased 6,000 s/f of office and R&D space and was represented by Jayson Rhuda of Mohr Partners.
