Cotter of Powers & Company signs three leases at The Crossroads
Three new leases have been signed at The Crossroads, according to Leslie Cotter of Powers & Company. The three new tenants include Tripoli Bakery & Pizza for 2,100 s/f and which is now open. The former Blockbuster space has been subdivided into three retail spaces with Big Picture taking 1,609 s/f and Sprint taking 1,585 s/f.
North Andover Crossroads LP is owner of the property.
Annette Born, principal of Urban/Born Associates was the broker on behalf of Big Picture and Lindsay L'heureux of SRA Retail was the broker for Sprint. Big Picture is scheduled to open early this fall.
There is one 1,868 s/f opportunity remaining for the center to be 100% leased.
