Corporate Realty Association sells 17,000 s/f
Corporate Realty Associates (CRA) of Brockton brokered the sale of 196-200 Bulgarmarsh Rd. to Bulgar Marsh Corp. for $850,000.
Tony Baldwin of CRA represented the buyer and the seller, J&S Realty Trust.
The property contains 3 buildings totaling 17,000 s/f, making up 15 units.
The buyer will continue to use the property as apartment rentals.
Financing was arranged by Boston Private Bank & Trust. ?
