Conway Commercial sells 30,000 s/f for Pilgrim Screw, LLC to Medical Component Specialists, LLC
Providence, RI James Conway of Conway Commercial Group sold 255 Dexter St. for Pilgrim Screw, LLC to Medical Component Specialists, LLC. BankRI provided the SBA funding.
The sale price was $625,000.
The 30,000 s/f industrial/manufacturing space is located in the West End of the city at the corner of Dexter and Sprague Sts.
The property underwent environmental remediation in preparation for the sale. The transaction closed February 26th.
The buyer, Medical Components Specialists, is expanding from their existing Bellingham, Mass. location.
