Conway Commercial Group sells four-unit apartment building for $485,000

Smithfield, RI Jim Conway of Conway Commercial Group sold a 4-unit apartment building at 300 Old County Rd. for $485,000. Ann Foncellino of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer, Blackstone Valley Place 
Association. The seller was John Rinaldi, Jr.
Built in 1979, the renovated units include fully applianced kitchens, tile bathrooms, bedrooms, and open living rooms. Over 4,000 total s/f, the building sits on a 1/2 acre and offers lots of parking and landscaped grounds.
Conway Commercial Group services all of Rhode Island and southeastern Mass.
