Conway Commercial Group sells 960 s/f medical office condo

Johnston, RI Jim Conway of Conway Commercial Group handled both sides of the sale of a 960 s/f medical office condo at 1524 Atwood Ave. Brightside Behavioral Health was the buyer and provided their own funding for this transaction. The seller was Dr. Anthony Rotelli. The sale price was $100,000.

The Atwood Medical Center is a medical only multi-level brick construction built in 1966 spanning a total of 80,918 s/f.  The building sits on over 6 acres offering abundant parking.

The buyers, who currently have a location in Warwick, will be renovating the suite and taking occupancy upon completion. This location is part of their expansion plans to provide services to a greater number of clients. 

The property was purchased by Brightside Behavioral Health to serve as their second location. Their expansion provides the opportunity to provide services to a greater number of clients.
