Conway Commercial Group brokers $700,000 sale of an 8,525 s/f Elmhurst Medical building

Providence, RI Conway Commercial Group completed the sale of an 8,525 s/f Elmhurst Medical building located at 1075 Smith St. for $700,000.
The building, built in 1984, was financed through Coastway Community bank using SBA 504 financing. It was sold to Behavioral Health Associates, Inc. to accommodate their expanding clinical practice that was previously located at 1086 Smith St.
Jim Conway of Conway Commercial Group at WR Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Joanne Carnevale. The buyer was Dr. John Todaro, Ph.D.
