Conway Commercial Group and Strive Realty sell 3,925 s/f multifamily
North Providence, RI Jim Conway of Conway Commercial Group represented John Todaro in the sale of 1548-1550 Smith St. for $480,000.
Scott Aceto of Strive Realty represented the buyer, John Dignon.
Financing was provided through a VA mortgage.
The 3,925 s/f three family residence has separate metering for all units. There is a separate cottage. Off street parking for four cars. Both properties have full basement.
The property was purchased as an addition to the portfolio of Elmwood Realty, LLC
