Conrad Group sells 12,500 s/f property for $2 million on behalf of the owner Diven Properties
The Conrad Group, Inc. recently negotiated the sale of 405 VFW Parkway, on behalf of the owner, Diven Properties. The property consists of a 12,500 s/f office building situated on 3.6 acres of land. The buyer has leased the facility to G. T. Wikinson, Inc., a leading supplier of industrial boilers and HVAC equipment.
