Connecticut CCIM Chapter Congratulates Wayne D'Amico

Wayne D'Amico, CCIM of Essex, Conn. was inaugurated as the 2013 president of the CCIM Institute in a ceremony held October 15, in Las Vegas. As a sponsor of the event, the Connecticut Chapter was well represented in celebrating Wayne's accomplishment. Wayne earned the CCIM designation in 1996 and has been involved with the Connecticut chapter, serving as chapter president in 2002 before serving as regional vice president in 2003-2004. The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying experience. The curriculum addresses financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis, the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. The Connecticut chapter extends our sincere congratulations to Wayne and looks forward to our continued relationship.
