Conn./Western Mass. chapter of SIOR attends Global Conference in Portland, OR

Portland, OR Several members of the Connecticut/Western Massachusetts chapter of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) recently attended the SIOR Fall 2019 World Conference in Portland, OR.  A full slate of professional and educational general sessions, breakout topics, and networking events were held.  Of keen interest to chapter members was celebrating with colleague Mark Duclos, as he began his term as president of SIOR Global.  

The chapter was also proud to again sponsor the attendance of a UCONN Real Estate student, Alex Botazzi, who joined members participating in a variety of educational and networking events. 

The Connecticut/Western Massachusetts Chapter is one of forty-eight chapters of the prestigious international organization, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Commercial real estate professionals must meet rigorous requirements to earn the SIOR designation. SIOR, founded in 1941, has over 3,200 members in 685 markets located in 36 countries.
