Concord Commercial Real Estate sells industrial building for $749,000

Concord Commercial Real Estate has sold 701 Riverwood Dr. to Izzy Industries, owned by Zach Morley and Scott Johnson for $749,000. The industrial building is located at the corner of Rte. 106 and Riverwood Dr. The seller, National Powersports, owned by Nate Sanel and Amy Sanel, moved to a larger facility at 319 Commerce Way to support the growth of their business which sells and consigns motorcycles worldwide. Izzy Industries, formerly located in Hopkinton, purchased the building at Riverwood Dr. to support the expansion of their business which manufactures and distributes telecommunication and electrical supply products. Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial represented National Powersports and facilitated the transaction for Izzy Industries.
