Callahan, Inc. was founded on the principles of integrity, quality, customer service and outstanding project management. Those guiding principles have fueled the company's steady growth over the past eight years. Today,
Callahan Construction is one of the largest merit shop contractors in New England.
Family-owned and operated, Callahan's experience spans three generations. With its corporate headquarters in Bridgewater, Mass.,
Callahan works throughout the Northeast including New England, New York, and New Jersey. As a full-service construction management firm, Callahan employs more than 100 highly qualified professionals, offering client services that range from predevelopment and preconstruction through project completion.
Callahan has a proven track record of providing cost effective and cost saving solutions to its projects which are second to none. Callahan offers in-house architectural and civil engineering services, enhancing its preconstruction and site feasibility services. These capabilities, when coupled with its typical
preconstruction services, give the client a comfort level where the majority of the risk and issues are eliminated from the project. Callahan believes that effective and comprehensive preconstruction services are critical to the success of any project.
In addition to its in-house civil engineering and architectural design capabilities, Callahan also has a full service site division. The ability to self-perform site work gives Callahan greater control over site related issues and unknowns which are the most common cause of schedule delays and cost overruns.
The company is also proud of its safety record, having been awarded the Gold Level Step Award by the Associated Building Contractors of America for the past five consecutive years.
Callahan has established a diverse client base and carved a niche as a versatile partner, with expertise in all facets of construction and design.
