Combined Properties leases 1,310 s/f to Subway

Combined Properties, Inc. has entered into a lease agreement with Subway. This Subway store will occupy 1,310 s/f of the 15,725 s/f building at 207-209 Centre St. Subway has been looking to open a franchise in Malden and after careful analysis has selected this Combined Properties location to open its new store. Greg Regazzini, vice president and director of leasing for Combined Properties, represented the landlord in this transaction. Michael Alberico of Atlantic Retail represented Subway.
