Colliers leases four industrial units

North Hampton, NH Colliers completed the lease of four industrial units at 198 Lafayette Rd./Rte. 1. This location was formerly home to an auto repair shop and was completely renovated into five contractor units. The vacancy rate for industrial space in the Portsmouth submarket is 0.9% for Q1 2022, so the units leased very quickly.

David Choate and Abigail Morneault, of Colliers’ Portsmouth office, represented the landlord, Sabbia, LLC, in all the leases. Choate and Morneault also represented the tenant in Unit 2, Homeland Heroes Foundation. Homeland Heroes is a non-profit organization that offers an array of supportive services to active-duty members, veterans, and their families. This will be its second location in New Hampshire and its first Seacoast location.

Caitlin Burke, of the Boulos Company, represented Otter Creek Homes (Unit 1) and Portside Fine Carpentry (Unit 3). Otter Creek Homes is a full-service general contractor company which specializes in interior design and high-end residential construction. Portside Fine Carpentry is a licensed and insured general contractor specializing in quality cabinetry. These expansions and relocations will bring new jobs to the Seacoast and more availability of contractors for members of the local community.

Jon Beebe, of the Merrill Bartlett Group, represented the tenant in Unit 4, Giovanni Benevento.
