Colliers leases 27,800 s/f

Biddeford, ME Colliers has leased 27,800 s/f to Atlantic Sea Farms at 20 Pomerleau St. Mike Cobb and Robert Tragemann, of the Colliers Maine office, represented the tenant. Greg Hastings of NAI Dunham Group, represented the landlord, Westfield, LLC.

Atlantic Sea Farms’ expansion is more than double the size of its current operation, which is a testament to their growth and that of the industry. Their new location consists of 24,000 s/f of first floor industrial space and 3,800 s/f of second floor office. Atlantic Sea Farms, formerly Ocean Approved, is a Maine-based business that turns locally farmed kelp into consumer-based food products. Farming kelp also benefits the environment by contributing to cleaner waters and soaking up dangerous greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide, from the atmosphere.
