Colliers representatives for Eversource, co-chairman Tom Hynes, president James Elcock, senior vice president David Goodhue, and vice president John Hines, have been able to market the property as the Summit at Station Drive, showcasing its newly renovated cafeteria, fitness center, lobbies, and additional common areas that have made the building a multi-tenanted complex.

“Station Drive has become a highly desirable address, especially with the success of and attraction to University Station,” said Goodhue.

“Beth Israel was drawn to everything the Summit had to offer and we believe their presence in the building will be accretive to the overall leasing campaign.”

Summit at Station Drive offers strong ownership, on-site professional security, covered parking, visibility and accessibility, and amenity-rich surroundings with its location atop the desirable University Station project, anchored by Target, Wegmans and Lifetime Fitness. Steps from the building tenants have access to a wide variety of retail brands and dining options, as well as residential apartments.
