Newton, MA Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller, a local family trust, in the sale of a multi-tenant retail center consisting of two adjacent buildings located at 383-387 Boylston St. The transaction was valued at $2.4 million.
Todd Glaskin, a commercial real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty, represented the seller in the transaction.
The one-story buildings, constructed in 1930, total 14,746 s/f, are situated on 0.34 acres of land and have onsite parking for patrons.
“These retail buildings sit in a highly desirable location in Newton and close to the Rte. 9 corridor, which makes it primed for continued retail use or possible redevelopment,” said Glaskin.
Hyannis, MA The Landing at Hyannis continues its transformation with three new businesses joining its roster of retail and dining options. These brands, making their debut on Cape Cod, include fashion retailer Nordstrom Rack, physician-owned medical spa SkinMD, and eyewear retailer Warby Parker.
