Cobb Hill Construction builds 20 units for CATCH

Cobb Hill Construction has completed 20 townhouse-style units for CATCH (Concord Area Trust for Community Housing) at Bow Highlands. The two-bedroom units, located off of Bow Bog Rd., are divided into blocks of 6 and 8 and consist of a living/dining room, kitchen, and a half bath on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. Each apartment features a porch off the back of the kitchen and a walk-out basement with plumbing for a future half bath. The maintenance-free exterior of Bow Highlands includes vinyl windows and a colorful assortment of vinyl siding giving each unit its own identity. Each apartment was built to Energy Star standards and is certified by Energy Star. Tenants receive two parking spaces and heat is included in rent. "We were excited when CATCH brought us in to construct this development," said president of Cobb Hill Construction, Jerry Kingwill. "We are happy to be part of the team bringing affordable housing to Bow. The current and future residents will have beautiful, well-constructed homes for years to come."
