Coakley and Ross of Cresa Boston handle 13,000 s/f office relocation

93 Worcester Road - Wellesley, MA 93 Worcester Road - Wellesley, MA

Wellesley, MA John Coakley and Dave Ross of Cresa Boston recently represented Pearl Meyer & Partners in a 13,000 s/f office relocation to 93 Worcester Rd.

Pearl Meyer & Partners, founded in 1990, is an independent compensation consultancy firm with eight locations in the United States and one in London. The firm previously occupied 25,000 s/f at 132 Turnpike Rd. in Southborough, Mass.  According to the firm, the decision to right-size and relocate resulted from the need for a more efficient footprint in a Boston-area location closer to the homes of present and future employees.

Amy Braun and Barry Dube from Cresa’s project management group oversaw the buildout of the new space.

The landlord, Commonwealth Partners, was represented by Transwestern RBJ.

According to Coakley, the client’s desired location—near the intersection of the Mass Pike and Rte. 128–presented a challenge as there is a great demand in that area for class-A office space and only a few options. He says that Cresa found two potential sites and was able to favorable terms for Pearl Meyers & Partners.

The company will occupy a portion of the four-story, 270,000 s/f, class A office space, where employees can enjoy amenities such as a cafeteria and fitness center.
