Clement to serve as general counsel of Rhode Island Housing

Providence, RI According to Rhode Island Housing, attorney Nicole Clement has been selected to serve as the agency’s general counsel.

“Nicole brings a deep understanding of affordable housing law to the role of general counsel,” said Barbara Fields, executive director of Rhode Island Housing. “Her connection to this community and her years of experience practicing law in the fields of housing, tax credit syndication, and real estate finance will be assets to the agency and the state of Rhode Island as we continue to expand access to housing opportunities.”

 Clement has practiced law for over 15 years and most recently served as senior counsel for Klein Hornig LLP, a Boston-based law firm specializing in affordable housing and community development.
