Brian Clark and Chris Walker of William Raveis Commercial have sold 372-280 Thames St. for $3.45 million The property contains 3 store fronts and 6 apartments. It is located in the heart of downtown Newport. Clark & Walker were the listing brokers for Thames Realty Trust. The buyers Thames St Ventures llc were represented by Scott Veloso of Penrose Realty in Boston.
