Ciampi and Boulos of CBRE | The Boulos Co. arrange $850,000 sale in Biddeford
Biddeford, ME According to CBRE | The Boulos Co., Ocelot Operations, LLC purchased an 18-unit multifamily with first floor retail building at 145 Main St. from seller Maine State Properties, LLC for $850,000. The buyer purchased the property as an investment and will continue operating it as such.
The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Vince Ciampi and Greg Boulos and on behalf of the buyer by Ethan Cole with North Atlantic Commercial Real Estate Investments.
