Choate and Tator of Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream sell 3,500 s/f

Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc. sold a 3,500 s/f industrial/flex condominium at 10 Crosby Rd. The commercial condo was purchased by D&H Bay Realty, LLC as the new home of Little Bay Baking Co. The seller was the James P. Palmeri Revocable Trust of 2000. David Choate and Wes Tator of Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream's Portsmouth office represented the seller and assisted the buyer. Helen Sanders, president of Little Bay Baking Co., a manufacturer of gluten free baking mixes, said she purchased the space to increase the production capacity of the company. This unit is the first of three units to be sold as condominiums by the trust. According to the Strafford County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $357,500.
