Cheeseboy to open 1,200 s/f Downtown Crossing location

Cheeseboy: Grilled Cheese To Go, America's first quick-service grilled cheese franchise concept, is opening a 1,200 s/f Downtown Crossing location will be located at 280 Washington St., at the intersection of School St. and Washington St. Cheeseboy is looking for energetic and friendly team members to join the company's first brick-and-mortar location. The restaurant is expected to open this spring. Cheeseboy is focused on serving delicious and affordable grilled cheese sandwiches made with high-quality ingredients, including bakery crafted breads, premium cheeses, and fresh meat and veggie toppings. Customers can order one of Cheeseboy's eight signature sandwiches or make their own. Soups, snacks, desserts, fruit and beverages complete the menu. "We are proud to continue growing the Cheeseboy brand through opening our first brick-and-mortar location this spring," said Michael Inwald, founder and president of Cheeseboy.
