Charter Realty leases 32,000 s/f to Bounce Trampoline Sports

Springfield, MA Charter Realty has leased 32,000 s/f to Bounce Trampoline Sports in the Springfield Plaza located at 1225-1395 Liberty St.

Angelo Pappas of Charter Realty & Development worked with Bounce Trampoline Sports representative William Low of NAI Plotkin Group to secure this location.

Bounce is a family-oriented, indoor trampoline park that allows kids and adults of all ages a chance to jump on trampolines, play dodgeball, shoot basketball and even jump into foam filled pits. Bounce offers packages to host birthday parties and corporate events. They also have fund raiser activities and Xtreme Agility Courses. Bounce is a franchise that currently has 6 locations on the east coast.

Bounce will be joining big name retailers such as K-Mart, Ocean State Job Lot, Stop & Shop, and Planet Fitness in the Springfield Plaza.
