Charter Realty leases 25,354 s/f to TJ Maxx in Berkshire Shopping Center

Danbury, CT Charter Realty has leased space to TJ Maxx. They will soon be occupying 25,354 s/f in the Berkshire Shopping Center.

Charter Realty represented TJX in this transaction to put TJ Maxx in Danbury. The landlord was represented by David Hawley of Hawley Management Co.

TJ Maxx will be joining HomeGoods, Marshalls, Walmart, Staples, McDonald’s, and a newly signed Sierra Trading Post, which Charter also brought to the center, in the Berkshire Shopping Center located at 67 Newtown Rd.
