Charter Realty & Development Corporation has been hired by Chase Enterprises to lease the 300,000 s/f Cross Roads Plaza. Cross Roads Plaza is located at the intersection of Foster Rd. and Waterford Parkway North., just off Rte. 95. Anchors include Lowe's, BJ's, Bob's and Regal Cinema. There are 99,232 people within the trade area and the center sits adjacent to a Super Wal-Mart. CRDC owns or leases over 14 million s/f of shopping centers throughout the eastern U.S.
