Charter Realty & Development has arranged a 5,408 s/f lease for Anytime Fitness located in the Capitol Shopping Center. Anchor tenants in the center include Shaws Supermarket, Big Lots, Dollar Tree, Lamey Wellehan Shoes, Applebee's and Aspen Dental. Anytime Fitness is a health and fitness club, which was founded in 2002. There are currently 1,965 clubs operating in the United States, Canada, Ireland, The Netherlands, Poland, Spain, The United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Qatar.
