Chace and Marsh of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s and Cosgrove of Greenwich Bay Brokers sell 625 Love Lane - $2.275 million

Warwick, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold 625 Love Lane for $ 2.275 million. The English Tudor country estate is set on six acres in the Cowesett neighborhood. The seller was represented by Judy Chace, broker & co-owner, and Erin Marsh, sales associate: both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Jennifer Cosgrove of Greenwich Bay Brokers represented the buyer.

Originally built in 1935 and updated with modern amenities, the enchanting home features over 5,130 s/f of living space, a guest house, and land and hardscaping.

According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 625 Love Lane is the highest sale in Warwick since the sale of 370 Love Lane in September 2021, in which Chace and Marsh represented the seller and facilitated for the buyer, making this the second over $2 million sale for the pair in just four months.

Chace and Marsh said, “We are proud to be off to a strong start this year! We look forward to new opportunities to help our clients find their perfect home throughout 2022.”
