Centerplan Dev. Co. names Lombardi VP of design and construction
To help support its continuing growth and maintain its position as one of Connecticut's emerging real estate developers, Centerplan Development Company has named Michael Lombardi, P.E. to serve as the company's vice-president of design and construction.
"One of the keys to Centerplan's success is assembling a team of experienced, talented and dedicated staff who understands every facet of the planning and design of commercial construction," said Robert Landino, Centerplan's president and founder. "With his extensive background in real estate development, and expertise in planning, design, and construction, Michael Lombardi will be a major asset to our team."
Prior to joining Centerplan Development Co., Lombardi was a principal and director of marketing and business development at BL Companies, a multi-discipline A/E/E firm with seven regional offices in Northeast and Mid-Atlantic United States.
Lombardi has more than 14 years of civil engineering experience on a wide variety of commercial and residential projects, and responsibilities include serving as a project manager for many years. In this role Lombardi was responsible for oversight of all facets of multiple multi-million dollar architectural and engineering accounts which scope of services encompassed architecture, site engineering and site due diligence.
