CBRE | The Boulos Company completes three transactions totaling 120,719 s/f

CBRE | The Boulos Company has completed three transactions throughout Maine. Paradigm Windows Solutions, a leading producer of replacement windows, new construction windows and patio doors for both residential and commercial applications, has expanded its 109,589 s/f lease at 56 Milliken St. in the Barber Foods building in Portland. Drew Sigfridson, SIOR, handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord, JHR Development. Baxter Brewing Company, founded in 2009 by Lewiston/Auburn native Luke Livingston, is leasing 8,490 s/f at 2-4 Gendron Dr. in the Gendron Business Park. In 2011, Livingston was named one of Forbes Magazine's 30 Under 30 Most Influential Entrepreneurs. Chris Paszyc, CCIM, and Andy Nelson handled the transaction. The landlord is Gendron Drive, LLC. Maine Real Estate Information Systems (MREIS) purchased 2,640 s/f office building on Darling Ave. in South Portland. Greg Boulos and Joe Porta represented the seller, SCS Family Realty, LLC and Marc Fishman from Fishman Realty represented the buyer.
