Portland, ME Schlotterbeck Block purchased a 43,016 s/f office building from seller JB Brown & Sons. The property will undergo a redevelopment under the new owner.
There are plans to develop the property into 55 multifamily units. This redevelopment plan includes a substantial renovation to the interior and minor renovations to the exterior design by the fall.
The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Drew Sigfridson, SIOR, and on behalf of the buyer by Joe Porta, SIOR
