Old Orchard Beach, ME Winter Assisted Care leased 1,600 s/f of office space to North Shore Behavioral Health at One Granny Smith Court. They provide behavioral healthcare to enable neurodiverse children and families reach their full potential. Treatment services are designed to retain or improve functional abilities which have been negatively impacted by the effects of cognitive or functional impairment.
The transaction was arranged on behalf of the landlord by Catie Seavey of CBRE | The Boulos Co.
