CBRE | The Boulos Co. has completed the following transactions: * Rudy Enterprises II/Ellsworth Shopping Center sold a 97,000 s/f grocery-anchored strip retail center to DK Ellsworth Shopping Center, LLC. Current tenants in the center, which is located on a 23-acre parcel at 175 High St., includes Shaw's, Reny's, Family Dollar, Wendy's, Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, and several local area businesses. Dan Greenstein arranged the transaction. * 11 Shepley Associates purchased a 40-unit apartment building at 11 Shepley St. in Portland from seller Everett Chambers, LP. Joe Porta, SIOR, arranged the transaction. * JAF Realty, LLC purchased a multi-tenanted retail center at 262 U.S. Route One in Freeport from seller Kevmer Corp. The new owner plans to lease the vacant space. Dan Greenstein represented the seller in the transaction, and Charles Day represented the buyer.
