CBRE sells 64,000 s/f multi-unit flex building in Pawtucket

Pawtucket, RI CBRE completed the sale of 670-710 Narragansett Park Dr., a 64,000 s/f modern multi-unit flex building, for an undisclosed price. CBRE’s Alden Anderson and Dan Cregan exclusively represented the seller, Marshall Properties, Inc., and procured the buyer, Legacy Gansett LLC, an entity owned by Legacy Real Estate Ventures.

“This property fits well into our portfolio, and we appreciate CBRE bringing us this second building in the Providence market,” said Legacy principal Michael Price. 

670-710 Narragansett Park is 96.51% occupied by Cintas, Granite City Electrical Supply, Johnson Controls, Rhode Island PBS, Shred-It, Sprint Corp. and MPI (sale-leaseback). The property is located off Rte. 1A in the Narragansett Business Park and is proximate to Interstates 95, 195, 295 and 495. The building and park are adjacent to the East Providence city line.
