CBRE sells 6,000 s/f retail prop. for $2.25m to Hattco Post Road, LLC
CB Richard Ellis' Private Client Group has sold 261 Connecticut Ave., a 6,000 s/f retail property located on .634 acre of land. Al Mirin, senior vice president, and Silvia Pogosyan, senior associate of CBRE's Stamford location, represented the purchaser, Hattco Post Road, LLC in the $2.25 million acquisition.
The acquisition of 261 Connecticut Ave. further expands Hattco's retail portfolio in the area. The entity also owns a number of adjacent properties totaling over 16,000 s/f of retail space through an affiliate company.
Jessica Curtis, of CBRE's retail group in Fairfield County, is overseeing the leasing campaign for the entire portfolio on behalf of the ownership group. 261 Connecticut Ave. is accessible from both Rte.1 and Scribner Ave. The space was formerly occupied by Seymour's Hardware.
