CBRE/New England sells 20 Risho Avenue for $3.42 million
East Providence, RI On behalf of the Maurice Mizrahi and Sophie Mizrahi Trust, CBRE/New England has sold 20 Risho Ave. to Fox Paw Properties, LLC for $3.42 million. Located within the Westminster Office Park, the single-story, 50,664 s/f office facility is located on 7.93 acres.
CBRE/NE’s John Cregan represented the seller and procured the buyer.
Fox Paw Properties LLC plans to renovate the building and occupy the remaining 37,500 s/f space. Currently, two GSA tenants lease the balance of the building.
Located in one of Rhode Island’s more established professional parks, the property includes 283 parking spaces. The property is located at the intersection of I-195 and Rtes. 114 and 6. 20 Risho Ave. is situated on the Massachusetts border and is within a five minute drive to downtown Providence.
