CBRE/Grossman Retail Advisors (CBRE/GRA) has been selected as the exclusive retail leasing agent and retail management firm for the retail space located at the Mandarin Oriental Boston at 776-778 Boylston St. in Boston's Back Bay. The property includes approximately 28,000 s/f of retail space, 50 residences and 35 apartment homes in addition to the Mandarin Oriental Boston, the city's premier luxury hotel featuring 136 luxury guest rooms, 12 suites and Boston's only five star spa.
The CBRE/GRA team of Jeremy Grossman, senior vice president/principal, and Andrea Matteson, senior associate, will direct leasing and management for the retail portion of the property, which presently offers 2,700 s/f of retail space available (1,100 s/f and 1,675 s/f in two locations) with the potential to accommodate larger retailers in the future.
