CBL & Associates leases 27,000 s/f to Earth Fare at Hamilton Place shopping complex

According to CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., Earth Fare healthy supermarket will join Gunbarrell Pointe, a 282,000 s/f associated center located within the Hamilton Place shopping complex. The 27,000 s/f Earth Fare supermarket will feature organic and natural groceries, all natural meats, poultry and seafood, natural body care and cosmetics, health and beauty aids as well as an in-store café. None of Earth Fare's products contain high fructose corn syrup, added transfats, artificial preservatives or other unhealthy ingredients. The new store is scheduled to open in the former Goody's location in January 2010. "Earth Fare will make a great addition to the Hamilton Place shopping complex," said Howard Grody, senior vice president - leasing for CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. "With its unique selection of local and organic foods, this store will introduce Chattanooga to an innovative brand of natural retailing."
