CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Co. handles four leases totaling 8,503 s/f

Medical Care Development has expanded into a 1,860 s/f office suite at 175 Lancaster St. at the Bayside Complex. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, Bayside I, LLC, and the tenant by Justin Lamontagne, of CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Co. UMHS V, LLC has leased 1,963 s/f of office space at 110 Free St. from TC 110 Free St., LLC. UMHS will use the space as a medical school instructional space. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Tony McDonald and on behalf of the tenant by Drew Sigfridson, both of of CBRE/The Boulos Co. Finest Hearth, Inc. has leased 3,180 s/f of warehouse space at 145 Presumpscot St. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Lamontagne and on behalf of the tenant by Tracy Sullivan of CBRE/The Boulos Co. Metal Technologies, LLC has expanded into a 1,500 s/f warehouse and office unit at 170 John Roberts Rd. in South Portland. Lamontagne represented the tenant and the landlord, The Carbo Co.
