Anton of M&J Assoc. brokers 1,060 s/f lease
According to Mark Shair, president of M&J Associates, Inc. Antons Cleaners has opened at The Shops At Oceans Gate. The shopping center is 40,000 s/f and is located at the corner of Rt. 139 Ocean St. and Webster St. Antons occupies 1,060 s/f. This is the 2nd location for Antons in Marshfield.
The tenant was represented by Charles Anton, CEO, M&J Assoc. Representing the developer was Diamond/Sinacori LLC. The general conractor was CB Const. Co,, architect Utile, Inc. and lender, Century Bank.
