CB Richard Ellis' Tamposi brokers $950,000 sale to SNHS Mgmt. Corp.

According to CB Richard Ellis, SNHS Management Corp., a division of Southern N.H. Services, a Hillsborough community action agency, has purchased Our Lady of Perpetual Help at 870 Hayward St. from the Roman Catholic Bishop for $950,000 Mike Tamposi of CBRE represented the seller and procured the buyer. Jay Taylor acted as the economic consultant on the project. Our Lady is a 3.14 acre, L-shaped site with three buildings, parking and green space. The buildings include a 20,400 s/f schoolhouse, a 15,521 s/f church and an 8,750 s/f rectory. This site is located off Valley St. SNHS Management Corp. plans to redevelop the site into affordable elderly housing. Each of SNHS Management Corporation's housing projects offers on-site management and maintenance, laundry facilities and a community room for social gatherings and activities. Our community rooms are also equipped with computers with internet access. Small pets are also welcome. The majority of rents are based on income and subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). SNHS Management Corporation is governed by HUD rules and regulations.
