Cardente Real Estate has brokered the following transactions:
*Fortune Incorporated has leased a 13,340 s/f industrial building located at 121 Hutchins Dr. The transaction was brokered by Michael Cardente.
*Sudanese Presbyterian Church has leased 1,175 s/f of commercial space at 352 Warren Ave. The transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, AMG Investments, LLC by Matthew Cardente of and on behalf of the tenant by Michael Cardente.
*Hair Design by Dana has leased 550 s/f of studio space at 189 Main St., Yarmouth for a hair salon. The transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, 189 Main St. Associates, by Michael and Matthew Cardente.
Providence, RI Shawmut Design and Construction celebrated the ceremonial groundbreaking for the 195 District Park Pavilion, marking the start of construction on a facility that will feature year-round dining and support space for park operations.
