CB Richard Ellis/New England wins 12 BOMA Awards at the TOBY Industry Awards held November 19th

CB Richard Ellis/New England, a joint venture partner with CB Richard Ellis, recently took home top honors after receiving an overwhelming 12 Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) awards presented at the annual Office Building of the Year (TOBY) and Industry Awards held on November 19th at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel. BOMA, a division of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, provides a networking forum for industry professionals to discuss mutual issues, exchange ideas and share experience and knowledge. "These awards honor the best buildings and real estate professionals in Greater Boston and we're pleased to have once again stood out as the dominant property management company in the region," said Mark Tassinari, executive vice president/partner and head of CBRE/NE property management. "These awards are a true testament to all of the professionals we have working with us at CBRE/New England and we are truly honored to have been recognized by our industry association and by over 500 of our peers who attended the awards ceremony." The first of CBRE's 12 awards went to Seth Skolnick, property manager at 501 Boylston St., who was presented with The Property Manager of the Year Award in the mid-rise category for superior service. Receiving BOMA Boston Education Scholarships were: Jennifer Donoghue, assistant property manager at 333 Longwood Ave.; Jessie Pinkham, tenant coordinator at 33 Arch St.; and Erin Rolfe, tenant coordinator at Stony Brook Office Park in Waltham. CBRE was also honored with seven TOBY awards for individual properties under the firm's management; honors included: *The top office building under 100,000 s/f - One Brattle Sq., Cambridge; *The top 100,000 - 249,000 s/f office building - Ferncroft Corporate Center, Middleton; *The top medical office building - 333 Longwood Ave., Boston; *The top historic office building - 501 Boylston St., Boston; *The top industrial property - I-290 Industrial Park, Northboro; *The top suburban low-rise office park - Burlington Centre Office Park, Burlington; *The top suburban mid-rise office park - Brickstone Sq. Office Park, Andover; and *The EcoRACE Award for innovative office space - 33 Arch St., Boston.
