CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Co. brokered six leases of office, industrial and warehouse space totalling 24,528 s/f. * ReVision Energy leased 4,600 s/f of showroom/warehouse space at 142 Presumpscot St. Justin Lamontagne, of CBRE/Boulos, represented the landlord, 142 Presumpscot, LLC. Paul LaJoie of Jordie Lee Investments represented the tenant. * Barker Steel, LLC has leased 11,040 s/f of industrial space at 107 Pleasant Hill Rd. in Scarborough. Daniel Greenstein of CBRE/Boulos brokered the transaction on behalf of the landlord, C&C Real Estate, LLC. Craig Young, CCIM, and Charles Day, also both of CBRE/Boulos represented the tenant. * The United State's Postal Service's National Association of Letter Carriers has leased 1,300 s/f of office space at 102 Portland St. in Portland, from Lone Palm, LLC. Jonathan Leahy of CBRE/Boulos brokered this transaction. * Susan Nordman and Scott Mayer have leased 1,590 s/f of office space at the Fort Andross Mill Complex located at 14 Maine St. in Brunswick, from Waterfront Maine, LP. Andy Nelson of CRE/Boulos brokered the deal. * IKON Office Solutions, Inc. has leased 998 s/f of office space at the Key Plaza building located at 23 Water St. in Bangor from Haymarket Associates. Leahy represented the tenant and Carol Epstein of Epstein Commercial represented the landlord. * IDEXX Laboratories, Inc has leased 5,000 s/f of warehouse space at 85 Bradley Dr. in Westbrook. Tony McDonald, CCIM, SIOR, partner and Day both of CBRE/Boulos brokered the transaction.
