Casual Male XL opens in 3,007 s/f at Centro Props.' Burlington Square

According to Centro Properties Group, a 3,007 s/f Casual Male XL recently opened at Burlington Square, located in the northeast corner of I-95 and Hwy. 3, on the northeast corner of Middlesex Tpke. and Burlington Mall Rd. Robert Schoen of Robert J. Schoen Real Estate, Natick represented Casual Male XL. Centro Properties Group is the owner of Burlington Square and was represented by Mark Potter with Centro Properties Group. The UPS Store also recently opened at Burlington Square. Potter represented Centro Properties Group in this transaction. Rainbow, a women's apparel retailer, recently opened at Holyoke Shopping Center located east of I-91 in the southwest corner of Northampton St. (Rte. 5) and Whiting Farms Rd. in Holyoke. Brian Nadler of National Commercial Brokers, Inc., Needham represented Rainbow. Centro Properties Group is the owner of Holyoke Shopping Center and was represented by Tuck Davis with Centro Properties Group.
