Casey of Sweeney Real Estate sells three multifamily properties for RISSPORT I - sales totaling $6.5 million
Pawtucket, RI Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented sellers, RISSPORT I, LLC, in the $6.5 million sale of three multifamily investment properties.
The properties total 84 units in seven buildings:
• 100 Park Place, Pawtucket – buyer: Blackstone Point, LLC & MJ Cobalt Holdings LLC – two buildings, 42-units
• 121-127 Chestnut St., Lincoln – buyer: DM RE Holdings LLC – twobuildings, 12-units
• 289 East Ave., Pawtucket – buyer: George McHose – three buildings, 30-units
