Coventry, RI Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal sold 538 Main St. sold to Response Properties LLC. for $400,000.
Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the sellers, Fiskeville Realty Company I, LLC and James Conway of Conway Commercial represented the buyer.
The property consists of one main building with three additional out buildings, totaling about 138,000 s/f. The building is on 14.65 acres located on Main St. in the village of Arkwright. The property has office space, R&D spaces, and warehouse space. The buyer intends to owner occupy.
